A. Orders
Yes, you need an account in order to place an order. Please click this link to register an account
You will be able to get your order between 7 and 14 working days. Delivery will only be made during working hours.
No, any orders upon confirmation cannot be cancelled, please do due diligence prior to placing an order.
Yes, it is possible to change the delivery address if shipment has not be arranged. Please call our hotline to confirm shipping arrangements.

C. Payments
Yes, Payments are through third party payments channels and major credits are acceptable.
D. Returns / Refunds
Conditions for Order to be considered for returned or refund:
I. Missing / Wrong items Delivered
II. Damaged or faulty Items upon delivery
III. Faulty items within agreed warranty period
Please write in to service@assetera.com.sg with supporting evidences to make a report. Report has to be made 3 working days after items are received and accepted. Report made after 3 working days will not be considered for any returns or refund.
E. Collections & Deliveries
An unsuccessful delivery occurs when there is no one to receive an order when delivery was made. Under such circumstances, Buyers will have call our hotline to make another delivery appointment, which will be chargeable.
There are no limitation in terms of dimension & weight. However, bulky and massive items may require machines (such as pallet jacks, fork lifts etc) to receive the order. The delivery can only be made to ground level of the specified premise.
